Administrative Assistant/Recruitment Coordinator

Ninyo & Moore Geotechnical and Environmental Sciences Consultant firm has an immediate opening for an experienced Administrative Assistant/Recruitment Coordinator in the San Diego corporate office.

Job Description:The successful candidate will relieve the front desk receptionist for breaks and lunch. Assist staff with project coordination, document organization and filing. Other administrative duties will include data entry, copying, faxing, and processing certificates of insurance. The position will also entail utilizing sourcing tools such as the internet, and various job boards (colleges, professional associations, etc), referrals and professional networking sites to attract quality candidates, processing all incoming resumes and forward to appropriate hiring managers in each office.

Required Skills: Candidate should be proficient in Outlook, MS Word and Excel. Candidate must be very detail oriented, have excellent organizational, verbal and written communication skills, a positive attitude, and a strong work ethic. Candidate should be able to juggle many priorities at once and be able to work both independently and as a team member.

** Note: This position will start as a temporary full-time position with no benefits. **
