Ninyo & Moore was established in 1986 and, as a company, has provided geotechnical engineering, environmental consulting, and materials testing and inspection services to clients in the governmental (federal, state, and local) and commercial sectors. Since its inception, the company has continued to grow and now includes more than 400 employees. Ninyo & Moore provides a well-rounded benefits package to its full-time employees. These benefits include:

  • Paid vacation/year: 10 days/year upon hire; 15 days/year after 5 years of service; 20 days/year after 20 years of service
  • 5 days paid sick leave/year
  • 8 paid holidays/year
  • Medical Insurance – currently pay total HMO premiums for employees and 35% of dependent premiums; employees may choose to buy up to a PPO plan
  • Dental Insurance – currently pay for employee, and 35% of dependent coverage
  • Life Insurance – pay for a $15,000 Life/AD&D for employee
  • 401k – once eligible, employee can defer a maximum amount of gross salary with company matching half of the first 6%
  • Voluntary Benefits (employee paid): Disability Insurance; additional Life Insurance; Vision Insurance
