Administrative/Technical Assistant (Salt Lake City, UT) [ATA-SLC]


Job Description: Ninyo & Moore has an opening for a Administrative / Technical Assistant position in North Salt Lake, UT. The successful candidate will be required to support the Construction Services and geotechnical engineering groups with compilation and organization of electronic and hard copy documents and data entry processing. Will work closely with Construction Services Manager and project managers to track, record, and monitor schedule deadlines, provide assistance editing and providing quality control of technical reports. Other duties may be assigned as needed such as routine recordkeeping, report preparation, file and fleet management, agency research, answering phones, assisting with new employee onboarding, and other as-needed administrative task, etc..

Experience: Two  or more years of administrative experience in a professional office environment, including data entry and document formatting experience.

Required Skills: Candidate should be proficient in MS Word, Excel, Google Sheets, and Adobe Acrobat DC. MS Access and SharePoint knowledge is a plus. Candidate should have excellent verbal and written communication skills, accurate typing skills, a positive attitude, good organizational skills, and a strong work ethic. Must be able to work both independently and as a team member.
