Special Inspector-Firestop, Fireproofing, Wood (Las Vegas, NV) [FIRE-DEN]
Job Description: Job Description: Ninyo & Moore has an immediate opening for an experienced Special Inspector certified in Firestopping, Fireproofing and Wood (Certified Building Inspector-B2) in our Las Vegas, Nevada office. Candidate will be required to travel to sites around the Las Vegas metropolitan area, and perform multiple inspections per day. They will also be required to perform documentation on inspections, as well as maintain clear communication with the Project Manager and the client’s representatives.
Required Certifications: ICC certified in Firestop, Fireproofing and Wood inspection (all 3 required), 2 Year’s experience is required.
Required Skills: The successful candidate should be thoroughly knowledgeable regarding the standards related to Firestop, Fireproofing and Wood inspection. The candidate must be able to read and understand structural blue prints and current code requirements. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, positive attitude, good organizational skills, and a strong work ethic required. Must have a minimum of two years of experience. Must have current valid driver's license and a good driving record.
