ARPA Future Leaders Committee Chair -
Xiola Beauchamp-Logan

Arizona Rock Products Association posted the following great article regarding Xiola Beauchamp-Logan at Ninyo & Moore!

Xiola is an Environmental Consultant for Ninyo & Moore and was selected by her peers to serve as Chair of the ARPA Future Leader Committee. This committee is a one-year leadership program that focuses on the development and training of upcoming leaders of the Arizona rock products industry. Xiola joined the Future Leaders program at the suggestion of her former boss. She is someone who seizes every opportunity to advance her career and is excited for a chance to further develop her leadership skills and network with other members in the industry though this program.

Xiola waitressed for 10 years while she was in college. During that time, she held various second jobs in her field including restoration work, fundraising, and working in the Portland State University lab. She was hired in the CMT department at Ninyo & Moore after graduation and worked for a year in the soil lab before moving to the environmental department to work as an Environmental Consultant.

Xiola's biggest takeaway from the Future Leader's program has been to push herself outside of her comfort zone and understand that you learn as you go, and don’t necessarily need to be perfect going into something new. She has enjoyed the speakers sharing their management styles including successes and failures.

Xiola moved to Arizona three years ago from Oregon and has loved every minute of living here. In her free time, she enjoys paddle boarding, crocheting, and spending time with her fluffy white dog, Pearl. Xiola is passionate about environmental issues in the southwest and is excited to utilize her career to make a difference.

ARPA looks forward to Xiola's leadership in the Future Leaders Committee!
