History in the Making: Brightline West Las Vegas Groundbreaking - Transforming Travel in the Southwest     

Kurt Yoshii, PE, GE, the ACEC-CA National Director, was excited to attend the Brightline West Groundbreaking Celebration at the future Las Vegas station site for the high-speed rail connecting Southern California and Nevada. Secretary Pete Buttigieg, made remarks celebrating the groundbreaking. Brightline founder and chairman Wes Edens and federal, state, and local officials from California and Nevada also attended the event.
