Ninyo & Moore provided construction materials testing and special inspections for a major Fulfillment and Distribution Center, which has a footprint of approximately 855,000 square feet (sf). The interior consisted of three mezzanine levels denoted as 1st RSP (robotic support platform) Mezzanine Level; 2nd RSP & Process Mezzanine Level and 3rd RSP Mezzanine Level with floor plans of 383,700 sf, 671,042 sf and 406,468 sf. The project also included a fire pump house, guard house, and 2.5 million sf parking lot.
