Soil Field Technician (Irvine or Fontana, CA) [SFT-IRV-FON]
Job Description: Ninyo & Moore Geotechnical & Environmental Consultants has immediate openings for Soils Field Technicians in Irvine and Fontana, CA. Experience in construction inspection, soils and materials testing. Appropriate field certifications is a plus. The successful candidate will have knowledge regarding the standard test methods for field density testing of soil utility backfill, mass grading, paving subgrade, proofrolling observation experience, etc.
Qualifications: The ideal candidate will have soils field testing experience and a current radiation user safety certificate. Field testing of concrete, and asphalt experience would be ideal but not required.
Required Skills: Candidate should have excellent mathematical, verbal and written communication skills, a positive attitude, good organizational skills, and a strong work ethic. Must have a current valid driver's license.

Location: Irvine or Fontana, CA
Salary: $20-35/hour, depending on experience and qualifications
