Construction Services Project Manager (Salt Lake City, UT) [CMSPM/SLC]
Job Description: Ninyo & Moore has an opening for a Construction Services Project Manager in Salt Lake City, UT. The successful candidate will manage construction materials testing projects, including preparing proposals, managing projects, and meeting and interacting with clients and design professionals. The position will also coordinate and oversee field activities, including field technicians and inspectors for projects, visit the project sites to evaluate the work being performed. The candidate will conduct technical review and approval of all project related paperwork, and assist with troubleshooting on projects.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management or 7 years of experience in the materials testing and inspection industry with 2 or more of those years as a Project Manager.
Required Skills: The desired candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and three years of experience or 7 years of experience with at least two years of Project Manager experience. Candidate should be detailed oriented and have excellent verbal and written communication skills and experience in writing reports and proposal preparation. ICC and CWI certifications are a plus.
