Ninyo & Moore, and many of our experienced technical experts, actively participate in industry associations that promote and serve the A/E/C profession. This involvement includes serving on association boards and committees, holding key positions within associations, hosting training seminarsfor staff and clients to become better educated in various aspects of our industry as well as attendance at conferences to stay abreast of upcoming trends that will affect our work. Industry involvement on all levels is key to remaining well versed in all new and updated regulations and legislature that has the potential to either positively or negatively change our profession. Companywide, we have association involvement from young professionals just starting their careers all the way up to our senior experts who also serve as mentors. In addition, we have Principal staff that serve as Geotechnical Subject Matter Experts (SME) to the State of California Board of Professional Engineers/Land Surveyors/Geologists to assist with the annual exams.
